We are committed to protecting intellectual property of all copyrighted material. Your custom vinyl manufacturing project requires the submission of a short IPR form before we can begin production. The IPR form must be completed by the organization soliciting replication and not a broker or intermediary. Letters of Indemnity are not adequate.

OWNED CONTENT is original material that is owned by the performing artist, and authorized for vinyl production by the person placing the order or the organization they represent.

LICENSED CONTENT may include cover songs, samples, or other content not owned by the performing artist which require proof of licensing for manufacturing.

Options to submit your IPR Form

• Option 1: Submit pre-populated IPR form via SignNow. You should receive an email from SignNow after you submit your order. Please complete and sign the pre-populated online form through SignNow as soon as possible to avoid order delays.
• Option 2: Complete the form and sign manually. If you prefer not to use the SignNow service to fill-in and submit your IPR, you may complete one manually. Click here for PDF version of a blank vinyl manufacturing IPR form. Please complete and return via email to [email protected].

Your signature on the IPR form attests that all information contained is true and that all content indicated as being "licensed" is properly licensed for replication and manufacturing under the terms of the original rights holder(s) and that you authorize the duplication of all content indicated as being "owned". The manufacturer may refuse to process any order not complying with anti-piracy guidelines.
